2. Description of Service
Quick PDF Sign is a mobile application that allows users to:
- Select and open PDF documents from their device
- Create and add digital signatures to PDF documents
- Edit and modify PDF documents with signatures
- Export and share signed PDF documents
3. User Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the App.
4. License and Restrictions
4.1 License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.
4.2 Restrictions
You agree NOT to:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the App
- Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Transfer, rent, lease, or sublicense the App to any third party
- Use the App to create fraudulent or misleading documents
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App
5. Purchases and Payment
5.1 Export Purchases
The App offers a one-time purchase to export each signed PDF document. The pricing is clearly displayed within the App before purchase.
5.2 Payment Processing
All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. All purchases are subject to Apple's Terms of Service.
5.3 No Refunds
Due to the nature of digital products that are delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for completed export purchases except as required by law.
5.4 Restore Purchases
You may restore previously purchased exports for the same PDF document on the same Apple ID account by using the "Restore Purchases" feature in the App.
6. User Content and Data
6.1 Your Content
You retain all rights to the PDF documents you upload and signatures you create ("User Content"). The App processes all documents locally on your device.
6.2 Local Processing
Quick PDF Sign operates entirely on your device. We do not store, transmit, or have access to your PDF documents or signatures on our servers. All processing is done locally.
6.3 Responsibility for Content
You are solely responsible for:
- The content of documents you choose to sign
- Ensuring you have the right to sign documents
- The legal validity of your digital signatures
- Compliance with applicable laws when using signatures
7. Legal Signatures
We make no representations or warranties regarding the legal validity or enforceability of signatures created using the App.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your information. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
9.1 Our Rights
The App, including its design, code, graphics, user interface, and all other elements, is owned by Quick PDF Sign and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Quick PDF Sign and associated logos are trademarks of Quick PDF Sign. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written permission.
10. Disclaimers and Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
10.2 No Guarantee
We do not guarantee that:
- The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
- Defects will be corrected
- The App is free of viruses or harmful components
- The results from using the App will meet your requirements
- Exported PDFs will be compatible with all PDF readers
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUICK PDF SIGN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:
- Your use or inability to use the App
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
- Any bugs, viruses, or similar issues transmitted through the App
- Any errors or omissions in any content
- The legal validity or enforceability of signatures created using the App
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Quick PDF Sign, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:
- Your use of the App
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another party
- Your User Content
13. Modifications to the App and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any features at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.

- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App
- In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price
- Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App
- Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce these Terms against you
17. General Provisions
17.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Quick PDF Sign regarding the App.
17.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
17.3 Waiver
No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.
17.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under them without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
17.5 No Agency
No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship is created as a result of these Terms.
