Remove Ads is a one-time, non-consumable purchase. If you change devices, tap Restore Purchases inside the app while signed in with the same Apple ID.
Ad availability can vary by region and time. Check your internet connection and restart the app. You can remove ads permanently with the “Remove Ads” purchase.
Make sure you’re using the same Apple ID. Open the app and tap Restore Purchases. If you still see ads, contact us with your device model and iOS version.
Update to the latest version and reboot your device. If it continues, tell us the steps to reproduce the issue.
